Our factory is situated in Saint-Petersburg. The company has been working for 19 years. What, in your opinion,are the tendencies of a modern sports fashion?

I have noticed, that many Russian consumers love crystals, shine, luxury, a glamour. Probably, because, that our population lived poorly earlier, many wish to show elements of luxury in the clothes. This Russian specificity should be considered. Aspiration for luxury has poured out into the general tendency, and crystals have now become fashionable everywhere in the world. Now it is possible to see many people including showmans, wearing magnificent and sporting clothes. The theme "sports-glamour", style "rhythm-and-blues" are perspective. Now TV has a great influence on the world of fashoin. It reflects much that is connected with the arising new culture, capable to change our world and clothes. The designer is obliged to trace these processes - they finally allow to fill the next collection with imagination and to come to life the most daring ideas and images.

Where do you manufacture your goods?

We consider ourselves manufacturers, as we carry out all cycle on creation of an end-product. We have our own factory, which area is 2000 square meters in St.-Petersburg. Designers, seamstresses, managers –all are working there in one place, totally around 200 people. Many different experts take part in creating of new collections.

Baltic Bridge brand now is known enough both in our country and behind its boundaries. And how did this name appeared?

During reorganization we have appeared in structure of the soviet-finnish enterprise under the name "Baltic bridge". It consisted of Baltic hotel, transport company, Finnish partner and us. As a result survived only a sewing direction. The first clients have learned about us thanks to this name which we got "in the inheritance", and later we have decided to keep it. We like. Now "Baltic Bridge" – it is not just a name of clothes, it is a brand, it is a style of life.
